Remember that DDB is a US company, specifically Alabama, where it's only just got 10. They likely will still be getting started for the day and working on switching over to enable it on the store.
I don't know why but dev update made it seem like if I'd already purchased the essentials kit and had the QR code the other 3 adventures were included? Did I just not hear Adam right in the dev updates? Because the QR code for the other adventures just takes me to the new player guide?
If I understood right if you unlocked the content using the code in the box already (not the QR code, that's just a glorified link) you got the 3 new adventures today included.
I think they are just trying to get the bugs worked out on this one. It's the first time they've done this sort of thing and I think patience is the best thing.
For me, I purchased the Essentials Kit a while ago. After redeeming the code (or QR) not sure which, I got access to the first of the four adventures. If I remember correctly, it first took me to the "New Player Guide" area. The far-right "tab" is "Continue The Adventure" which took me to the Dragon of Icespire Peak adventure but I also had access to the adventure in "Sources" (main DDB menu) under "Adventures" and the content was shown as unlocked in the marketplace. That being said, the new content (the second, third and fourth adventures) says, "Coming Soon" in the "New Player Guide" area and says, "Discounted for previously purchased content" in my "Marketplace" (as if I need to purchase it) but I have access to the three adventures in "Sources" (when I am signed-in, of course).
The book was supposedd to be available on the site on spetember the third ? is it too early or is it not showing up only for me ?
I have yet to see it be in the marketplace here.

Does dragon of ice-spire get you all three adventures or do you have to buy them all individually?
It's up for sale!
Get the 4 sources from Essentials Kit Bundle for use on D&D Beyond. You may also purchase individual sources.

That's what I thought I heard too but I got the box set and unlocked using the code and it's not showing the 3 new adventures unlocked for me either.
They're still updating licenses for those of us that used box codes

Ah, good. Thanks! Hope they get that worked out soon!
All 4 adventures are available for me now :) It was a nice surprise as I didn't even realise they were a thing.
