It made me chuckle :) Is it used for anything on the site? Or just a little easter egg in the client-side source files?
Hover over the menu to the right of the "New Player Guide" and the wizard will show up. Click it and all the menu buttons will become rainbows when you hover over them.
It's just an eegg afaik.
