Generally no. Dispel magic only ends spell effects. However, if the magic item has a spell effect on it, such as arcanist's magic aura, that effect could be dispelled.
Antimagic Field, however, does affect magic items - and will suppress any magical properties, turning it into a mundane item, until the item leaves the field.
