Is the changling a player character option? I purchased the character by itself from dnd beyond. But is not showing up as a player option. Do I have to purchase the entire book?
I purchased the most ster changing not the character changeling. Cant believe they separate like that.what a RIP off

Did you turn on Ebberon content at the first part of the character builder?
Yes I did
That's strange. If you have purchased it and have everything enabled, it should show up in your selectable races. Maybe your account is bugged?

I would suggest contacting them and sending a trouble-ticket in. You might be able to get them exchanged. You might not, but it doesn't hurt to try.
