I'm running the dungeon crawl, Rappan Athuk by Frog God Games and there are LOTS of monsters/NPCs unique to the adventure. I have decided to enter them into My Homebrew Creations here on D&D Beyond for ease of reference during gameplay. I know I can have them as private and it doesn't matter, but I was curious about sharing.
I've read the Homebrew Guidelines and I see it says:
"Do not submit any content owned by a third party D&D partner (e.g. Critical Role content, content from Kobold Press, etc)."
Does that mean we cannot add any Open Content from other game products? For example, I added the stat block of a special gargoyle but I left out all the flavor text, but the monster comes from Frog God Games. Can I share it (and other open content) or not?
It is probably best if you don't publish homebrew designed by someone else. If you choose to attempt it, at least credit the author and link source in it's description.
We try to keep this a fairly simply worded rule, but it comes down to - if it's not your own original content, then you don't have the rights to publish it.
Thank you for your understanding.
As you said, you are always welcome to create it as homebrew and share it privately within your own campaigns.

Or wait for a mod to answer.
Hi there BiggusBeardus,
thanks for taking the time to ask!

Thanks for the prompt response. I will keep 3rd party monsters private.
