Is this program going to offer the same features, or similar to those of Roll20? I am mostly referring to the way that Roll20 allows play with an interactive map, tokens, spell and lighting effects, dice roller, A/V chat, etc.
No, it's not designed as a replacement for Roll20 - the feature set is different.
