There has been thought given but it's a complex matter due to DDBs licensing agreement with WotC as official toolset provider for D&D. If was to speculate, it's that WotC doesn't unofficial 3rd party paid content appearing next to official content, lest it confuse people into thinking it's official
I think there was a question addressed in a dev stream a while ago related to 3rd party content in the abstract but i don't remember the details. I remember there being a need to work with DND Beyond, wizards, and the third party on a contractual level(unsure if dnd beyond is even allowed to host 3rd party content other than the homebrew section). As well as the concern needing to be addressed about how to identify Wizards Official DND content vs 3rd party publisher content. I know I've seen people requesting Crit Role content and MCDM content as well.

Has there been any thought given to have a Kobold Press section on your DnD Beyond portal?
