Looking at purchasing these classes in the near future but I don't use the race requirement in my campaign so was curious if this requirement could be removed from that class or would I need to create a homebrew of the class without the race requirement?
You should be able to use it with any race in the builder as it is without having to homebrew it all over again, yes. (As a side note, I understand why they put those restrictions in there, but I still think it's dumb.)
Even if they were, you could likely create an elven bladeslinger and then change the race afterwards.
Besides, they're only restricted by race in the forgotten realms. If you were running a campaign in a different setting, they might not be restricted by race at all. As D&D Beyond is not a tool exclusively for the forgotten realms, it would be silly to enforce these rules on all characters built.

The Sword Coast Adventurers guides is specifically for faerun, dndbeyond is not. Otherwise guildmasters guide for Ravnica, or Eberron would not be options here. But yeah, its nitpicking sorry. I have definitely had the idea of a warforged gutbuster(battlerager) as a fun funny thing to play out. ROBOT WANTS TO GIVE YOU A HUG! Thus proceeds the struggle snuggle.

"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Yeah, insofar as DDB is concerned, the Bustedsinger and Failrager are just two more subclasses amongst many. Use them or not as your campaign dictates.
In my own campaigns I like to play with the distinction on the Bladesinger (the Battlerager is just omitted, as it is super bad and I'd hate my barbarian players to regret their subclass choice) - Bladesingers remain exclusive to those with ties to Elvengroves, but War Magic is exclusively the purview of more structured races with a more formal military hierarchy. Any given character can qualify for Bladesinginer or War Magery, but not both. Insofar as PCs go this distinction is unimportant, but it's actually proven a cool background snippet in the world in general - predominantly human war mages augmenting regular armies versus elven Bladesingers acting as lone skirmishers, guerrilla specialists, and rangers (in the military sense of the word, not the Rangers-the-class sense). It's fun.

The requirements aren't mechanical rule requirements but narrative ones. As such, you can easily ignore them

Those requirements are not enforced by DDB.

Cool deal! Thanks for the replies.
I wasn't sure if this will be the case as the book states this as a restriction but mentions the DM can lift the restriction.
I appreciate all the help!
