I have a player who has created a level 2 Centaur character, though actually a Cariboutaur (Caribou + Centaur). She wants to be able to use her antlers as an attack. I think this is reasonable. So, I'd love some guidance on the attack statistics below (which I pulled from a custom monster Dire Stag). I'd also like advice on how to add this information into her character sheet so that it's easily visible for her in the application.
Dire Stag's antler attack: Antlers.Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.
I think both suggestions are good. The reuse of hooves is probably the more elegant.

Hello!
Thoughts? Many thanks in advance.
Rename a shortsword to "Antlers" and equip. Its not quite a custom attack but it's simple and lazy.
Just take the centaurs hooves natural weapon and make them slashing.
I think both suggestions are good. The reuse of hooves is probably the more elegant.
