Both!

Currently you can only access via this website, but there are native apps in development for Android and iOS.

They are making an app, but it won't be released for a while yet.

I'm curious to see how it works offline.

Offline access is kinda important for me. I assume this means there's no chance the app will be available before the founder week sale is done.
