I got this idea of making a new class that revolves mainly around transformations (kinda like Moon druid but revolves on creating your own beast while adding the proper tag like monstrosity, or fey or Aberrations etc...) but i am not sure what are the steps to creating a class, can someone give me some advice or link some guides into how to create one?
Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
This is probably along the lines of what you're trying to create... you'll have to fine-tune it into a class... i'd say just measure the abilities vs 3 other classes at the same levels and if it's along those guidelines, it can work... heir on the side of rounding down... it's better to make an underpowered custom class than an overpowered one

If you're wanting to know how to create a homebrew class on D&D Beyond, you cannot. It is not supported. However, you could create a homebrew subclass (perhaps based off of the Moon Druid). Here's a couple of guides:

Maybe don’t make a homebrew class. They likely take a huge amount of time to create- the equivalent of creating 10 subclasses, perhaps- and it would be extremely hard to get them balanced.
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.

Rangers are not underpowered. They’re just exploration-oriented.

All hail the great and mighty platypus.
