Halfling artificer level 2 draconic sorcerer level 2 with these stat's 13 12 17 15 15 17 would these two work together well with a halfling and the stat's? Or is it a throw away PC?
In 5th edition anything can work. It's less of an issue of is it viable and more how do you plan to play and justify the multiclass thematically speaking.
Well i was thinking that a dragon born and a halfling got together and fell in love and the halfling gave birth to a son that found a natural nack with tinkering and making things as well as his body's in born magic that cought the eye of a wizards guild who respected his mother and father for they were adventurous in there younger years and had made a fairly good name for themselves and in fact that is how they met and grew to fall in love with one another and so the guild trained there son as an artificer sorcerer and now he is going out on his own to make his own name for himself and to learn about the world for himself

What do you mean by a throwaway p.?
Great, another hybrid race to add to my list...
Heath was saying instead of a throwaway pc it's a throwaway p. meaning the player is the problem, not the character.
