That's a homebrew race, and judging by the comments on the link you provided others are having the same issue. This means that whoever published the homebrew did not actually create it correctly in the builder. You might be better off homebrewing your own version of the race and making sure the bonuses are applied in the builder. If you attempt this and still have trouble, or aren't too familiar with the builder, I can make you an identical race and make sure it's built correctly and publish it so that you can have what you want :) just let me know

I've barely looked at making homebrew items before :( I'm meant to be playing this charactor in like 6 hours xD
So I found out after using Avrae and my stats being incorrect when rolling that when using Homebrew characters made in D&D Beyond that the coding isn't working correctly. My Dhampir based off Kobold Press' had +1 DEX & +2 CHA. However when making this in D&D Beyond it didn't register on character sheet creation so I had to manually input it. When using said character sheet in Avrae I was getting a negative bonus to rolls using DEX or CHA such as !check iniative would equal 1d20-DEX mod = iniative. So after removing the ability modifiers from the homebrew & keeping the manual input modifier everything worked as it should.
In short use the "Other Modifier" option when using homebrew race creations as it will cause less hiccups.

When I try and make a character the +2 charisma and Feline Lineage +1's don't get applied.........
Because it's a homebrew race, if something isn't showing up, it's often the result of the creator forgetting to apply the feature.
