How do I handle a Ring of Spellstoring on ddb?

I have just gotten a ring of spellstoring but I have a no way to add/mark spells I have in it. How would you handle it for a ddb character sheet?

If you click on the item in your inventory you can customize it. There is a notes section that you can list the stored spells in.
