Hi I was just wondering if a warlock pact of the tome/ draconic ancestry sorcerer/ evocation wizard multiclass could theoretically learn every spell in the game and if that combination does not work are there any that will?
You can only learn a spell that's on your spell list and is not of a level that's higher than what you can cast (a 4th level Wizard can't learn Cone of Cold, for example). Even if you multiclass, the spells you can learn are based on your class level, not your character level.
Also, your character level maxes out at 20, so multiclassing just reduces the number of high-level spells you can learn.
Also also, with that build you still couldn't learn spells from the bard, druid, paladin, ranger, or cleric spell lists.

"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

They wouldn't even be able to come close.

The closest thing to "learning every spell in D&D" is casting the Wish spell.
