Are Forgery and Disguise Kits considered "Artisan's Tools?"

They show on the drop-down list when it's time to make a choice for my Fighter/Battlemaster "Student of War" ability.

Any DM's, let me know what you think!

RAW, they are "other" tools, not Artisan's Tools. So no, they should not, and the drop-down including them is a bug.
