Charisma is also force of personality. You could have a rather unattractive person, like Willem Dafoe, who is such a great personality he would still make friends with everyone.
I think of higher strength with bulkier muscles.
Dexterity with a slimmer build.
Constitution... eh I don't see that as an impact on appearance so much.
High strength and dex means you would likely have well defined musculature. Perhaps wirey could be a descriptor, or lean muscle. Olympic runners and jumpers come to mind, with the strong burst muscles and combined with speed and flexibility.

You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Bulk should probably be affected by Constitution. If you have high Con and Strength but low dex you probably look more like a world's strongest man competitor than a Hollywood action star. Unless you're Chris Farley, that man had agility AND girth.
All in all, I'd say that your stats could influence your appearance but it doesn't have to. Either way you appearance doesn't actually have mechanical effects on the game. You can be very good looking but have a low Charisma which probably means you have a very boring personality or perhaps you're just rude. Robin Williams had tonnes of charisma but would never win Mr Universe. Someone with the physique of Bruce Lee (who was RIPPED!) would be a good example of a character with low strength but high dex and con whereas bulkier people (lower dex but higher strength and con) could look more like The Undertaker.

Would the physical statistics of a character (STR, CON, DEX) determine how the character looks?
For example, could a con 8 STR 10 wizard look strong in any conceivable way?
They could look ripped even if their actual Strength is only average. Appearance is more a function of Charisma.

Unless you're an Elf or Halfling. Traditionally and cinematically at least. They are not very bulky but can still have high STR.
I'd leave it up to the PC on how they want to look.
