There are a bunch of new subclasses in the book - that's a lot of the content, so I can see that's perhaps not attractive for players already invested into a campaign and existing characters, however there's some really cool stuff there for players looking to start a new campaign (or perhaps looking to multiclass).
The "Dungeon Master's Tools" section is mostly stuff that improves the game for the players, so that's worth pointing out to them - take a look at the photographs released of the contents page.
So the digital version comes out before the print version? My pre-order of the print book on amazon says November 21st :(
10th of November is the release date in books stores. 21 November is the release date for the other distributors.
O.o Barnes and Noble, for example, says 21st of November. Trying a quick google search, the only other place I see Nov. 10th is this website and I have no idea what a FLAGS store is...

Friendly Local Game Stores. The early release date for FLGSs is to help support the core industry. Mass Market gets the books on the 21st (Barnes, Amazon, etc)

In which case, that doesn't sound like it would describe DnD Beyond.

Yep they get it early just like all the other digital vendors, Fantasy Grounds, Roll20 etc. They've been doing that since before D&D Beyond existed.

Officially licensed companies such as Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, and Beyond are part of the industry and not mass market, they serve the niche market only.

Marketplace doesn't say ..? Book out 11/21, special edition cover at FLGS 11/10 if memory serves (WOTC site down right now)
It should be released on the 10th of November.
Thanks, that's what I thought. Wish I could get players to chip in for it ...
