Back in July, the UA dropped the Eldritch Adept feat, something that was, quote, "not currently able to model this feat with the D&D Beyond feats system."
This month however, the feat is out in the new release with Tasha's Cauldron, so will the feat be fixed with the release?
Assume nothing in Tasha's Cauldron will work any better than it does right now and likely will not for several months after the book release. Keep your workarounds in place and temper your expectations.

But to keep this post from being off topic, subclasses and the CFV features are confirmed to be available upon release. Feats will be implemented as they come in, though I expect that they will be easier to implement since the team now knows that yes, they are for certain, so they devote resources to getting it sorted properly.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Yeah, I mean we have simple bugs still that was reported 3 years ago :) Stuff like custom item weight and value override not accepting decimals.
That is because of the "Everything is rounded down" general RAW that is in place from Wizards. Basically I call it the "Tax rule." Here in Australia, and many countries, when it comes to your taxes, the amount of tax you pay is only the dollar amount, no matter if the cents part is showing 80 cents because its easier to take a whole figure from a whole figure.

Can you tell me where they fully confirmed subclasses and CFV? The last dev update I saw was just 'in pretty good shape,' which is different from fully functional, in my mind, so if there's been another update I'd like to take a look.

Class Feature Variants and the subclasses should be ready by launch. We are committed to getting as much working from the book at release, but some things may take some extra time. More details to be announced when we have more details.

I think the safe answer is the more you manage your expectations, the less primed for disappointment you might be.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

Do you mind not bringing that up with just about every post you ever do? Why is that the *one* thing you're stuck on so bad?

Let us try to keep things on topic shall we? :)
