So, I am about to buy all of the books that I own IRL on DND Beyond, so that I as the DM can start sharing resources with my group. I am going to buy all the standards (PHB, DMG, MM) and the other setting non-specific source books (VGtM, XGtE, and MToF). So, I will also be adding TCoE, of course, although I am still not sure I did want the entire book, but, I also own the Sword Coast Adventure's Guide book, and I play in the Forgotten Realms. Now that Tasha has reprinted the Blade Singer and all the cantrips, and Xanathar reprinted all of the other spells in the book, is there anything that is exclusive to SCAG? Assuming that I don't care about Battle Rager Barbarian or Purple Dragon Knight fighter.

I guess I should also clarify; I am asking about game options content. I have, and enjoy all the lore and history, and use it a lot when coming up with my stories. I value it a lot for that, but I won't be using the digital version for that while I have the physical copy.
There is the Oath of the Crown Paladin (which is meh), Arcana Domain Cleric, Undying Warlock (which is bad), Way of the Long Death Monk (which is fine), and the races/subraces (ghostwise halfling, tiefling variants, half-elf variants, etc).

Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:

And a number of backgrounds. I bought the backgrounds (I wanted at least two, and the price for all of them together is the same as for two individual ones), but wasn't really interested enough in the rest of the crunch. I could have homebrewed those backgrounds too if I wanted to save $4 of course, since I own the physical book. It's just $4 though, and maybe I'll fork over the rest at some point.
