Okay, so, I'm trying to toy with a custom character race, but, with homebrew content allowed and the race info completed from a functional standpoint, it's not made available in race selection. All I can think of is I need to submit it to the community...which It is definitely not ready for, and to be reviewed by a site moderator...which doesn't exactly make a lot of sense as this sort of thing would be judged as appropriate or not differently between different groups and campaigns. Is there something I'm missing?
Have you chosen "Has subraces"? And if so, have you attached at least 1 subrace? If you have chosen subraces, but have not added any, it will not be selectable.
No, I never selected that it'd have a subrace, though, I've also not assigned it to a race group as it doesn't fit any listed.. But, apparently, assigning it to a race group doesn't make it an option. If I really have to let some rando approve a race I'm making for my own campaign, that's ridiculous.
I discovered the issue. Despite making sure that it was set for Homebrew being usable, it wasn't. Site takes a while to load for me so, Guess it just lagged on the response or something. Gotta love it when such an easy mistake makes you look like the dunce of the community. Oh well. Issue resolved.

Having the same problem, decided to try and make a custom race and tested it with character builder, had homebrew turned on, and it doesn't show up
