I am currently putting together exactly this - a document for DM's to create villages, towns and cities which I hope will help people to flesh out their worlds a lot easier. My issue is that I currently have only the 3 basic books - DMs guide, Monster Manual and Players Handbook - and don't want to put in a lot of effort to make something which already exists!
So, does anyone know if there is any content for making villages, towns and cities in D&D?
