I just finished a game that had my orc artificer Clonk draw 7 cards from a deck of many things. It went surprisingly well! In the end I had the knowledge of how to summon Tiamat and one use of the “wish” spell. So naturally I summoned Tiamat and the dm asked for a religion check, I automatically succeeded with the use of the wish spell. So now that Clonk had successfully summoned Tiamat he want to make a pact with her (what else would he do?), then (we will resolve the whole “pact” thing later) our not very religious Paladin actually prayed! This was a big deal as this entire time he has been vey non religious, the dm had him roll religion, he got a 7 the dm let him roll with advantage because a cleric was helping, he got a 17..... *drum roll*.... he succeeded! Tiamat is successful banished back down in to Avernus! Yay! (The best part is that he prayed to Bahumat, I think that’s how you spell it) so, back to the topic of the pact: clonk is now a level 16 pact of the fiend talisman warlock. I am excited to see how things go for the party in the future, they have a 99% crazy warlock with them now, a warlock that is secretly trying to summon Tiamat again! I think the funniest part is that he’s a orc, not a half orc, a ORC.
Be "the Great and Powerful Clonk" and go around doing good deeds and praising Tiamat, show the greater population that Tiamat isn't all bad and has been unjustly and wrongly imprisoned in the Nine Hells for all eternity. By showing her the respect and offering up the correct and proper offerings, all can benefit from her wise counsel and bountiful gifts. In short, play it like a televangelist. Play into the Tiamat as Goddess of Greed by appealling to the base desire in most mortals to have more than their neighbour. Be a Warlock but try to "ordain" people into become Tiamats clergy.
Remember that Tiamt is a Lawful Evil deity so everything should be part of a plan and not an act of randomness and you also need to try and remain party friendly unless you find Clonk becomes and NPC and the Villan for the next phase of the campaign.

But Tiamat is a chaotic evil creature.
I was going by the Wiki which says she is a LE goddess of Greed. I stand corrected if she is CE. Doing a bit of dive into her it seems she has been both depending on edition and/or source material (5e PHB lists her as LE but Rise of Tiamat as CE) so maybe we just have another uber powerful entity with a split personality (move over Demogorgon) and depending on the day she might be Lawful or Chaotic.

Summon Bahamut next and create a cross pact!
I like this idea!
