When was the last time you checked? The spores subclass was an Unearthed Arcana and has now been officially released, so if it’s been a while (say about 6 months ish) it may be that you old UA version was archived and is now the official version behind the usual paywall (its part of the Tashas Cauldron of Everything book)
if you have Tashas, but not the spores subclass I’d make a thread in the Bugs and Support Forum
I had had it through Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica, but for some reason it appears I've lost access to that book... How strange.
My access is through campaign sharing from a friend so I can't really check why or make the report, but I still have access to every other book I used to have access to. How very strange.
If you own Tasha's, you need to enable Magic: The Gathering content to use Circle of Spores. You won't get access to the other MTG stuff, but since Circle of Spores was a reprint, DDB only uses the "earliest" source to check for access. Same thing happened with the EE spells: They were all reprinted in Xanathar's but are still listed as only being in EE in DDB.

If the owner of that book left that campaign then you would loose access (it shares all books of all members of the campaign, not just the books from the subscriber that activated sharing)

I definitely used to be able to see it, but it seems to be missing from my Druid class page...

Maybe your friend switched off some of the source books in the sharing.
