Can someone tell me how I can make a Greatpick basically a two-handed war-pick. I tried many times in the homebrew item tab, is there a way to just change the damage type on a item like a maul. So a greatpick would like a Pick with the two-handed property and do 2d6 piercing damage. I would like to make other items as well like a hand pick and a war pick with versatility property.

That seems silly if i am homebrewing it not for public it shouldn't matter
It's not an intentional limitation being enforced. It's a thing that takes specific coding to make happen that just hasn't happened yet because literally everything on the site has to be prioritized compared to everything else, and making up new mundane weapons or equipment ended up not being as popularly considered a high-priority as a whole host of other functions and content.

Unfortunately, you can not make nonmagical weapons nor can you give a magical weapon the two handed property in D&D Beyond.
