I based it on the wand of fireball and the cup of endless water. What I really like is that it is too good to leave it, but really annoying to keep it. Even if it is not attuned to you it will keep leaking water. So you cant store it easily. In a bag of holding, it will just make everything wet for example.
But it is my first time trying to make a legendary item. I'm a bit concerned that I overpowered it. My players might get this at level 4.
Are the spells ok? Any thoughts or fun RP ideas to add to the wand? I was considering adding a vulnerability to frost and electricity, because the character will always be soaked. But maybe add a resistance to fire?
the resistance and vunerability sounds cool litterally anything but a bunch of water would be great (water is associated with healing and plants so maybe a bit of that or maybe some armor of Agathys from the wetness)

Oooh! I like the combination with the wetness and armor of Agathys :-D. But doesnt it become way to overpowered if I add that?
Other water related spells in mind? Should I remove some?

first off this a legendary item second it´s a first level spell who cares.
I think the current spells are fine though control water and [spellwatery sphere[/spell] come to mind and probally can be used in place of malestrome
Do not publish your work before you get the feedback, instead, copy and past it in the forum thread asking for feedback. Doing things this way avoids excessive enumeration on the published homebrew, and it will also be easier for you to modify it according to the feedback. As published content is well... published, it is public, and it is generally best practice to try and publish finished products.

Hi,
I made the following item:
Leaking Willy
I based it on the wand of fireball and the cup of endless water. What I really like is that it is too good to leave it, but really annoying to keep it. Even if it is not attuned to you it will keep leaking water. So you cant store it easily. In a bag of holding, it will just make everything wet for example.

Thank you!
This is pretty cool

First and foremost, general advice:
