The reasoning for the name mud to go in front is because it's based on the history of the mudmen in Aztec creation. But many societies do have storylines of people being created from the sand and dirt of the planet. http://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/rJFhFYqVz
Feel free to add your own selections. And while I did not put down the religion on this particular group is because, well, to be honest, I didn't want to accidentally limit them to three God's. Do you have a variety of options on your own creation tables!
I'm having trouble reading the text. I think there's more, but it's been cut off. The traits seem inline with the an earth genasi and a rock gnome, except for Mechanical Constitution. Do you mind writing out that trait here?

Whenever you make an Intelligence (History) check related to magic items, alchemical objects, or technological devices, you can add twice your proficiency bonus, instead of any proficiency bonus you normally apply.
Tinker:
You have proficiency with artisan’s tools (tinker’s tools). Using those tools, you can spend 1 hour and 10 gp worth of materials to construct a Tiny ( of powers depending on your class) device (AC 5, D4 hp). The device ceases to function after 24 hours (unless you spend 1 hour repairing it to keep the device functioning), or when you use your action to dismantle it; at that time, you can reclaim the materials used to create it. You can have up to three such devices active at a time.
After tinkering, you have three options: attached to oneself, function tool, or attached to the new generation. The third one is only accessible if you are creating a child's.
Earth Walk:
You can move across difficult terrain made of earth or stone without expending extra movement.
Merge with Stone:
You can cast the pass without trace spell once with this trait, requiring no material components, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. The constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
Mechanical Constitution:
variety of spells and abilities have no effect, you are classified according to most of the mortal magic as a machine. A good variety of healing magic does work on you. That said, most transformation magic cannot with the exception of the shadings of the lands.
Natural alchemy
your body naturally produces a variety of materials as you are a walking planets! Based on the materials you affected your current body of the term and what natural alchemy you perform. If your body is built designed to craft a variety of ways and the toxins you're an alchemy jar meaning more to the poisoning in chemicals. If you're more inclined to build yourself around food production. Can you maybe an alchemy jar leaning to more alcoholic beverages.
Presuming that the Tinker trait is synonymous with the rock gnome's Tinker trait I would suggest copying and pasting the trait, no need to rephrasing something already written.
Mechanical Constitution: Is this just a ribbon or are you going for a trait like Immutable Form like the one in stone golem? Also, this raises a good question about the mud gnomes, are they constructs or humanoids?
Natural Alchemy: You wrote this like a ribbon, are you saying that a mud gnome functions as a alchemy jug? Or do mud gnomes have advantage on saving throws against poison, and resistance against poison damage?
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett
Yes on the stone golem(or you could go higher depending on how much material you have. Although iron does make you slower and you should not do that if you're building a spellcaster if you're building a spellcaster, it will completely negate any magic)
Yes, you are basically alchemy jug Although producing as it does cause you to receive your own damage, basically, be careful what you produce, because it does register that you are essentially producing it really recommended when you start to do tinkering, although you can change during a long rest.
I like it, it just needs work. Here's my suggestion: keep Tinker, Earth Walk, and Mechanical Constitution (Rewrite it to be more like immutable form). Scrap everything else. Else, you end up with an OP character, or a player stumbling over all the traits.

I can't see half of what is on the document; it's all hidden away off the page (you've also linked the editor page). I really want to help, but it's nearly impossible with the state of your document.

This is the share mode feature sorry last time, but I thought the editing would come in handy. PS: I do have it set for two pages that said, the print up settings are terrible. I recommend you use screen capture and then put it on a different document than actually using the basic print system.

Earth Walk:

Mechanical Constitution:
Due to the fact that your inspiration for golems, your body functions like the very creatures, only better and worse! It sure made out of stone. The you're like the stone one, only now you have options of enchanted stone spell stones, etc. but if you choose to make yourself with more iron you will lose your mystical abilities for iron doubles as a great conductor enchantments at the cost of not being able to unleash magic. You carry the natural beauties depending on those choices.
For example: Emerald composite: Damage Immunities Poison,Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Iron.
Spell resistance:Petrified,Poison,Lightning.
Note psychological spells do work on you, after all, you are technically a living, thinking race so you can be scared, you can be charmed(granted that's a little bit harder)And you can get exhausted.
Culture and society:
Stone, gemstones, and rubies, diamond! The beautiful rocks that are girls best friends are these lovely creatures! You are born of the earth, but you I have a core being, this is known as your soul stone, it is crafted two gnomes desire a child and channel their energies to each other and eventually one will generate a stone or two depending on how energy flows. Forging a brand-new soul. Now your soul stone can be a variety of colors and choices, most often, not naming conventions determines what your soul stone is for example if your name is emerald blank odds are your soul stone is an emerald. Most often, not your body is constructed by a variety of stone and dirt your hair is moss & grass someday you might even grow a tree, depending if you have kept yourself well fed your food choices are the decomposing meat this thing that humans create yet seems to taste supremely good, although there is better tasting stuff created by those animals that they kill on regular basis. Rain and water.
Knowledge and spellcasting, allows you to improve your status forging building materials. These are all things that are taught from emerging! Certain spells are important to study and learn though, if you're extremely powerful. You can even curse your own soul that if someone to take it out of your body and the materials that they are wearing that are metal and stone will instantly merged to become your own body. (Nine or 10 level to get this started and you must be at least a sorcerer!) That said, it does not guarantee you immortality, if your stone is shattered. Not only are you dead but your very existence is no more! If your soul stone goes dark. You are no longer among the living, losing your shimmering and becoming too cloudy to see means you have gone to the great well where all stones may go.
The primary God's:
shimmering gold(Sun) white carbo[Moon] and Perirald
On average, your height (due the challenges) is between 3 to 4 feet
Walking you are very slow, but with the option of being around like a boulder you can move like a boulder. Walking speed 10 to 20 feet. Rolling speed 80 feet(straight line turning is difficult)
Depending on your bill determines what lighting class you are and most often are not what is your rank, and job gnome society is based on Authority. Leader is often given the title of whatever is predominant Lord of the area. For example, if the kingdom areas are known for having King no matter how feminine the authoritarian looks they must be addressed as king, if the surrounding rulers are all Queens the same statement applies. The authoritarian relationship is slightly different on the royalty registration! You are only given these promotions. If your soul stone turns out to be of the same elements as one of the three Gods . So if your core is gold, Diamond Or Perirald You are qualified as a member of the royal family. Does not matter if you came from literally a sapphire and a ruby.
While you are listed as royal family from your soul stone if your so Even if you a Pearl. You can eventually become a member of the royal guard. After all, they realize that pressure makes a carbo into a diamond! And while that's the lowest value of the gods that is still a valuable God!
Will of building:
Sometimes your family or yourself to determine what you are built for, if you're mostly built with iron and steel. You are a warrior barbarian, maybe monk(although that is extremely doubtful because you have no agility) and iron is resistant to most magical spells. Sadly, this also prevents you from casting magic spells. After all, your blood is the energy known by the mortals as mana mixed in with lava creating lane lines this elemental force determines your very existence. And while iron is good to keep you safe from deadly creatures that can knowledge by magic with just a simple look into your direction! It does not make good for spellcasting. Focus on your stones. The power crystals give you might.

I am definitely not getting that results. But here's the full visual. I don't know if causing you on your end. Honestly
As a MudGnomes carry the power of the earth, in their 'blood'.
Racial Traits +2 Constitution, Air, Earth, Fire, Water Subraces Racial Traits +2 Intelligence
Earth Walk:
