I wanted to make a new fodder enemy for a campaign I'm about to start, because everyone's tired of just plugging goblins into their level 1-3 campaigns, right?
I used a goblin as a template and then reskinned the attacks and added more climbing mobility with sunlight sensitivity to balance it out. I think I calculated the CR correctly based on the DMG, but if anyone thinks I'm off on that, please let me know.
