For anyone unsure of the makeup of a Dhampir, they are half vampire and half human or other mortal race. They do suffer from sunlight sensativity, but do not take damage from it like a full vampire would. Sadly the homebrew I use for the race says nothing about reflections though, so I was hoping for someone elses input. I'm torn 50/50 on if they would and can't really come to any educated conclusion of an answer.
Some description options for Tieflings is a possible lack of a reflection, so it is certainly possible. I say if you want the character to not have a reflection, then it doesn't.
The idea behind vampires having no reflection or shadow is that it represents that they have no soul. So I guess it depends on whether your dhampir are more mortal or vampire.
I'd say that most remarks have covered all of the bases, though I would rule that Dhampir do have reflections, as individuals who have not made their souls forfeit, or have become completely vampiric in nature (such as by becoming a vampire spawn, nosferatu, true vampire, et cetera). That being said, this is my personal opinion and isn't guaranteed to be relevant to your campaign or character. I'm going off of what I can remember from the sourcebooks available to me, and you're more than welcome to refer to whatever information is relevant to your designs.

A hazy, indistinct reflection might be a cool middle-ground.
As the creator of this Dhampir, you can decide. And from my expertise, most DMs give Dhampirs a reflection.
