Prior to 3 weeks ago, I had never made items, monsters or anything homebrew. Have read plenty of knowledge from others, and extensive research. I have always enjoyed creating characters based upon movies, shows and books. They may not always be 100% playable for a campaign, but for a one-shot they work pretty well. My friend suggested that I start creating characters and showing others how I build them to others. This has led me to creating a short level 20 campaign based upon the old TV show Ed, Edd, N Eddy. Having to create monsters and items for the campaign, want them to be hard and balanced for my players. Advice, gimicks or questions are all welcome, my knowledge is lacking, and some things may only make sense because I don't have it fully explained since its DM knowledge. There are limits set in place for the number of monsters, while of course there will only be one of the bosses spawning at a time.
