I'm ADDICTED to creating things so I just wanted to share :)
I'm a long time player of Dungeons and Dragons/AD&D (since 1st edition) and I've always created designer magic items. I recently came back to D&D with 5e and LOVE IT! I especially love DnDBeyond's Homebrew capabilities.
I'm an original fan of the Greyhawk and the Ravenloft setting with the Domains of Dread and just recently started an Eberron campaign (albeit with strong Ravenloft-esque overtones) this year.
Other than feeling like the rarity does not match the perceived power level, I like them. Lot's of variety. My published stuff amounts to a bunch of items that grant Finds Familiar or random crap I thought of, so it is nice to see the variety and other ideas that people come up with.
Please offer recommendations on rarity! I’d like to normalize it
I'll certainly give it a shot, though on the item pages themselves rather than here. Just a reminder: it will be based on my own perception and may or may not be accurate.

Sorry, upon closer study of your list, it was only a select few that stood out to me as being a little off in rarity. Enough for it to be easier to post here instead of the individual pages.
There are quite a few that appear to be more setting specific and I don't feel like I am informed enough to comment on those.
The rest I compare against the "Magic Item Power by Rarity" table in the DMG as a baseline reference (copied in first spoiler for easy reference) and then my judgment on the additional effects.

Bracers of the Bouncer - the AC bonus should automatically boost it to uncommon to be similar to other +1 bonus items
Ring of Deception - A similar item, [Tooltip Not Found], is listed as uncommon. I would argue the 'false information' rather than just blocking may boost it to rare when combined with the Charisma (Deception) bonus.
Sentira Mask - Giving extra class resources is certainly outside of common. Uncommon at the least. A somewhat similar but more powerful item as reference is listed as rare, [Tooltip Not Found]
Shield of the Eternal Gladiator - The AC bonus sets it at rare, but I would argue here that the reflect is too powerful for not requiring attunement, but not quite at the very rare mark.
Wand of Blocking - The spell level should automatically put it at rare.
