Battles are won by defense.

 

The Shield of Eternal Gladiator provides the wielder with defensive enchantments

  • +2 bonus AC and Dexterity (max 2) bonus
  • Reflect Damage (3/day). The wielder may use their reaction to attempt to reflect damage back on to the attacker. The wielder must successfully make a Wisdom Saving Throw against a DC equal to the incoming damage.  Success reflects the melee, range, or spell damage back on to the attacker. Failure fails to reflect the damage, but the wielder only takes half damage. When this power is used a scintillating rainbow field is generated.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
