Description
Bullywug Toxic Spattergoo Tribe was a Tribe of Bullywugs lead by Pharblex Spattergoo in the service of
the Cult of the Dragon in the Mere of Dead Men at Castle Naerytar.
The highly diluted excreations of the Bullywug Toxic Spattergoo's cause a psychoactive and profound sedative state which is highly addictive, making attempts at induced tolerance precarious as The Scaly Death lizardfolk tribe found out to their detriment.
