Similar to my Mind Flayer lineage, Modrons probably won't fit most campaigns.
Modron:
-Age: Modrons never age, and are speculated to live indefinitely.
-Creature Type: You are a Construct.
-Disintegration: If you die, your body disintegrates into dust, leaving behind your equipment and anything else you were carrying.
-Modron Weapon Training: You are proficient with daggers, javelins, and shortbows.
-Size: Your size is Medium.
-Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
-Ability Score Increase: Your Intelligence score increases by 2, and one other ability score of your choice increases by 1.
-Clockwork: When you make an ability check or attack roll, you can choose to forgo rolling the d20 to roll a 10 on the die. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all expended uses after you finish a long rest.
-True Life: If the Mending spell is cast on you, you can expend a Hit Die, roll it, and regain a number of hit points equal to the roll plus your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1 hit point). In addition, your creator designed you to benefit from common spells that preserve life but that normally don’t affect Constructs: Cure Wounds, Healing Word, and Spare the Dying.

modron playable lineage
dralox playable lineage
mind flayer playable lineage
gastrosapiens playable lineage (snail people :D)
This probably fits better for a rogue modron than anything else.
They've pretty much got a 1/PB Clockwork Amulet, which isn't super original but I couldn't think of anything else that would fit.
Might add that Modrons don't have souls, so spells like Reincarnate don't work on them.
