How OP would it be to give an item that negates an opponents immunity to a specific condition such as fear or charm. I was toying with an item for a conquest paladin that would allow them to nullify the fear immunity of a target that they hit. It is a maul gifted through the line of a death god and it stamps its sigil onto the target when hit. As long as the target remains in the paladins aura, they remain frightened. The target still has to be frightened of the paladin, but it would would be a nifty item special to their character.
I am only reserved because there are no items that counter conditions, just resistances.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.
