I've tested this with three different species. Encountered the issue in a complex homebrew with options and dependencies. Copied an existing species with options in order to replicate the issue on a similar species schema (Dragonborn). Then I created the one in the attached images. Bare bones. Three traits. Only the Granted trait displays.
