Is there any timelime for being able to created Homebrewed Classes (not archetypes)?
I really, really want access to the Mystic and the Artificer for my planned Eberron campaign. But I discovered I can't create actual classes and DnDBeyond won't be adding these classes from Unearthed Arcana themselves until new versions are put out (which seems like it may take months at the very least).

No. It is not on any current roadmap, nor has it been confirmed that homebrew full classes will ever be allowed (though it also hasn't received a 'no, never going to happen'). I wouldn't put my eggs in that basket, unfortunately.
As MellieDM says - homebrew classes are not currently something that is planned for D&D Beyond. There are *many* other features that are planned.
If the Eberron setting introduces Artificer / Mystic, it will likely be as a subclass of an existing class. Regardless of how implemented, if they are part of an official release, you will be able to find them on D&D Beyond. :)
So I guess I stick with HeroLab and HeroLab Online. This is a major strike against DnDBeyond in my opinion. <sigh>
I was impressed with what Homebrew abilities are available. But this and the inability to add Homebrewed Weapons and gear (as far as I have yet to be able to discover) will hurt this tool.
Getting around not having an offline version for the PC was a negative until I downloaded a Android Simulator and installed the DnDBeyond app on my Windows 10 laptop with it. Not I can access the Compendiums offline.
