All right, before applying Paralyzing Gaze--because I don't actually know what it does--the regular medusa has offensive CR 3 and defensive CR 4. Your dread gorgon has offensive CR 5 and defensive CR 6. This leads me to believe that it's probably CR 8. By the way, you need to check its to-hit bonuses.

I've created a homebrew undead medusa, called a Dread Gorgon, but I am horrible at figuring out CR.
