I like it, but I have some concerns. From the top:
Bane is used to describe something distressing or lethal, so I might suggest changing the name (might I suggest oath of the dragon guard).
The dragon's bane ability first mentions breathing fire, then lists multiple elements to choose from. Cold damage is not on the list (white and silver dragons). It does not mention the DC source, I imagine it is the paladin's spellsave DC. You also do not mention a limit to number of uses and this is basically the level 2 spell dragon's breath.*Edit: didn't realize this was a channel divinity option.
Dragon's fear also does not mention DC source or a use limit. I imagine this is based on frightful presence, so it might make more sense to make it a 25 foot cube range, 1 minute duration, and let them repeat the save at the end of their turns. *Edit: didn't realize this was a channel divinity option.
Blessing of bahamut is strong on its own, but may be abusable with the right combo. I can easily imagine a level 3 character with 20 AC and no armor that becomes a 35 AC at level 17 with a +3 shield. An an alternative I thought of might be to add your charisma modifier to AC when you are not wearing a shield.
Tyranny of Tiamat is a different problem entirely. Is It really your intention for this to be able to do 4d12 damage plus smite at level 3? And 6d12 damage plus smite at level 5? If not, remove the light property. And if you intend for them to still add their ability modifier to damage, you may want to reduce the damage dice too (maybe 1d4+STR or DEX slashing and 1d10 necrotic).
I'm all for a Dragon companion, but wyrmlings greatly vary in strength depending on color. Brass and copper are fine. Black, bronze, green, silver, and white are probably fine. Blue and gold are probably too strong. And red is definitely too strong. With differences of up to 59 HP, +2 to hit and +5 damage bite, and +2 DC and +10 damage breath. Maybe a colored guard drake would make a more balanced companion.
I dont think the dragon lair actions is very helpful unless you plan on staying in one place for a while furthermore, the boundaries of a lair are usually determined by the DM and this ability doesn't give any indication of how big the lair is.
Dragon's life, a pet adult dragon even at level 20 is overpowered. Even the weakest one is stronger than a level 20 character, so that makes 1 character twice as strong as the others. Not to mention their huge size.
I would at level 7, start with a guard drake then at level 15, merge it with the stats of a wyvern (keeping damage resistance and any bonus speeds granted by its chromatic variant), and at level 20, give it an adult dragon's breath attack.
Warforged from eberron. With heavy armor proficiency, their unarmored AC is 16 + proficiency. If you add proficiency from this subclass, it will be 16 + 2 * proficiency. At level 3 proficiency is +2 so 20 AC. At level 17, proficiency reaches it's max value of +6, which will be 28 AC unarmored. +3 shield, 33 AC (I misscalculated earlier).
(technically, warforged's integrated protection, all options above the darkwood count as armored.)
Technically, they are intended to be, but rules as written, they are not. Or at least it isn't treated as armor on DDB. And regardless 20-28AC without additional armor with this subclass as is.

I made a homebrew Paladin oath. I want to see what you guys think. Any suggestions? I'm open to all.

How would you get 20 AC with no armor? it adds your Proficiency to AC. Max is a +6 to AC at level 20.

And this is a quote from the Paladin.. sheet? I guess... on DnD beyond.:
Channel Divinity
Your oath allows you to channel divine energy to fuel magical effects. Each Channel Divinity option provided by your oath explains how to use it.
When you use your Channel Divinity, you choose which option to use. You must then finish a short or long rest to use your Channel Divinity again.
Some Channel Divinity effects require saving throws. When you use such an effect from this class, the DC equals your paladin spell save DC.
