I've got my first subclass homebrewed and working except it shows my character as trained in every skill.... Anybody have a guess why?

I'd have to guess that you added a modifier to your homebrew that grants proficiency with all skills.
If you provide a link to your homebrew subclass (you don't need to publish it) a moderator can take a look.

Can you provide a link to your homebrew subclass please (not the character sheet)?
While looking at the subclass you created, just copy the link from the browser address bar.
I think I figured it out actually. You were right, I didn't pick "Choose" proficiency, just "Skill Proficiency" or whatever it is.
