Rangers get subclass features at 3rd, 7th, 11th, and 15th levels. Fighters get subclass features at 3rd, 7th, 10th, 15th, and 18th levels. This means that you have to compress stuff and/or pick something to cut.
Rangers get good stuff with their 11th-level subclass features, so I'd move the fourth Arcane Shot option and Ever-Ready Shot to 11th, move the improvements to 15th, and not give the ranger version a sixth Arcane Shot option.
I've been toying the idea of reworking Arcane Archer as a Ranger subclass.
Any tips or ideas to make it a feasible choice for Rangers?
