my latest attempt at a good legendary item. While i think the intimidation effect is very powerful, you should be able to work around that with enemies that either have unwavering conviction or an inability to be intimidated. I would like some feedback on the thaumaturgy effects that i changed and added for this weapon (subject to change). does it do to much? does it work as a whole? would you give this to the big bad of your campaign? let me know your thoughts, i appreciate it!
