I've created a magic item for a Trickster Cleric, and I'm looking to get a little feedback on the rarity of the item as well as any tweaks to its feature set to make it more/less appealing. Really appreciate it! :)
Wordtwist Medallion
Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Wear the medallion for an hour to understand its abilities, or use an identify spell or scroll.)

Gain advantage on one Charisma (Deception) check in the next 10 minutes. (1 charge)

Turn mundane speech into gibberish for a period of 10 seconds. (2 charges)
Replace up 25 words of mundane speech with other words entirely. (2 charges)

The medallion regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. It can be worn as a necklace allow the Deception bonus to function but must be held between the teeth and ‘spoken through’ to trigger the wordbending effects.
