l am makeing a subclass, and l want to let the user chose a exotic language (sylvan, primordial, celestial, ect). how do l give this choice? l know how to give a language, but l have no idea how to give the choice bewteen many?
No such option exists. I have looked 3 times, and there is no exotic languages option for a subclass feature. (though l did see one in the backgrounds homebrew.)
EDit: l have no idea why,but the option suddenly appeared today. Weird.
I think there's only the "Choose a Language" option which will let you choose one language from most of the list, but that will also include non-exotic languages (though exotic is subjective 😉)
If you want to offer only specific choices, you need to check the "has options" box for the class feature, and then add one option for each language you want to offer, with each option having a Language modifier that gives the correct language.
