I've come up with a shapeshift monster and I would appreciate any suggestions.
The Scindi are shape-shifting beasts that do not have flesh or organs, instead they are made of a grey liquid that can change its shape, colour and consistency this means that they are expert hunters and spies.

Slashing, Bludgeoning, Piercing

Natural Warriors
They can make their body into natural weapons(that do 3d4 + strength modifier piercing, slashing or bludgeoning damage) and natural armour(that provides a +2 bonus to ac).They can attack twice with their natural weapons.
Shapeshifters
They can shape-shift into any form(including inanimate objects) but when they do this they need to retain the same mass so they can split into multiple forms. If they turn into a weapon it acts like their natural weapon and if they turn into armour they have the same effect as their natural armour(with the light armour property). When they shapeshift your HP is split proportionately between the different things they turn into. They can control two of their forms per turn.
Eyeless
Scindi do not have any eyes, instead using their other senses to track their prey. This means that darkness has no affect on them and they can still track invisible creatures.
Acidic
Whenever anything touches a Scindi, it can choose to do 1d6 acid damage to it.
Horrendous
Most other creatures are terrified of the Scindi and will either attack them or run away on sight.
