The average hit points isn't auto-calculated, it's up to the creator to decide what those should be.

That would be the expected amount, yes. The creator of homebrew can set the average hit points to whatever they wish though.

CritterDB doesn't do that and to use this monster in Avrae i gotta copy to CritterDB
