Do any of you hand out special holiday goodies to your PCs?
Here's one of mine:
Chestnuts Roasted on an Open Fire
Wondrous Item, legendary
These rich flavorful holiday treats can be cracked and consumed filling you will holiday blessings and joy. They are often packed by a half-dozen in brown paper bags.
Using a Bonus Action you can eat one or two Chestnuts. Each treat will provide enough sustenance for one day. In addition, roll a d6 for each Chestnut eaten that turn. Until the end of your next turn you may add or subtract the number to anyone roll you make.
While you can eat more than 3 Chestnuts in a day, no further benefit will be gained. You can begin to benefit from the Chestnuts again after sunrise.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
why is this lengedary its a mix of weaker goodbery and stronger bend luck so should be uncommon
You're one to talk... you literally just ignored my suggestions for your homebrew (which I put some time into). If you're just going to ignore constructive criticism, why ask for feedback in the first place?

I don't really DM but my DM handed out "magical candies" during our Halloween adventure. I got a jawbreaker that if you sucked on it, it acted as rations for 30 days.

because 30 peaple said the exact oppisite of what you said and you have no solid basis for what you said

1. Do those 30 people play DnD? If so, for how long have they played. 2. That's a complete lie. I gave you factual evidence for how it was unbalanced, but you can choose to ignore it if you want to.
