my homebrew wizard subclass school of gemstones in my signature though be warned my grammar is not the best

i spend a lot time playtesting,researching and refining to make the current version of the subclass 

I'm in an almost continuous state of writing new homebrew because I just find it to be alot of fun. 

Here would be the two things I would say I am the most excited about right now

College of Weather bard subclass (google doc) - for anyone who has felt the strong desire to play a weatherman in D&D

Bladesinger Wizard Optional Feature (D&DBeyond thread) - a feature which is meant to flesh out the differences between bladesinging styles beyond flavor purposes

 A few notes, if I may:

1) I would change the range of the spell to Self (15 foot radius). From your language it seems like you are covering yourself with the haze, so I think a range of self makes sense

2) Instead of block out all attack rolls of a given value or lower, consider saying that the haze simply grants you an AC of 18 (thus achieving the same effect but in more standard language)

3) The casting time of two actions seems odd to me, since I don't think any other spells do that. Perhaps consider giving it a 1 or 10 minute cast time, making it a spell you have to prepare outside of combat
