Hello, I am a newer player of D&D 5e that only has a handful of one-shots under my belt at the moment after starting at the beginning of this year. I have found that my newfound interest in D&D can no longer be sated by playing one-shots every now and then. After watching the forums and trying to join groups that were looking for a character by commenting on they post, and failing to do so fast enough, I've decided to bite my introverted bullet and attempt to put myself out there on my own. I don't mind playing with other new players or even veterans that would be willing to take me in, and would love to learn how to role play and make backgrounds with those with more experience than me. Experience: A handful of one-shots that were mostly combat focused since early this year.
Location/Timezone: EST
Availability: (Sunday-Monday: 11:30 pm -Any) (Wednesday-Friday: 9 pm - Any) (Saturday: Any - Any) EST. Could potentially get on a little earlier depending on the day, but generally at the times specified.
Preferred role: Player
Game style: I am looking to join a long term campaign after not having been satisfied with just doing one-shots. I am perfectly fine with playing any kind of long term campaign, even those that are heavy on roleplay. I can't claim to be good at making backgrounds or role playing my character, but I am more than willing to work with my DM on making a background and learning how to RP from hands on experience alongside my peers.
Character Ideas: I have created a Firbold Twilight Domain Cleric with my one-shot DM, but would much prefer to play him in a long-term campaign as opposed to a one-shot. I rolled exceptionally well though when creating him so I understand if you want me to re-roll with you.
Personal info: I am a 22 year old male currently in college that became interested in D&D after getting into Baldur's Gate 3, and doing extensive research on D&D afterwards out of curiosity.

I'll definitely give it a look at, but I would much prefer to keep trying to join a normal long-term campaign with a stable group as opposed to a westmarches style campaign. And my current number of one-shots as family gatherings is enough for me at the moment for them.
