LFG, Moderately experienced player looking for game weeknights approx 8 MST

I am an old school pen and paper player, having started playing way back during the White Box ODD days.

5th Ed

Online for now! But hopefully in person soon. I live in Calgary, Alberta. 

I am a veteran pen and paper player but have relatively little expertise with online gaming.  I have not gamed D&D since the early 80's but have come back to it this year and am getting pretty caught up. I am very into the almost endless possibilities of character creation and this is really my strength. 

MST time zone. 8 Tuesday night would be optimal but can hopefully figure this out. Weekends do not work. 

I prefer to play. Don't have time available to DM. I  like action heavy games but roleplaying is also very important to me as the game should transcend just combat. If it doesn't it isn't a roleplaying game, it is just a shoot-em-up. Basically looking for balanced game of action informed by narrative/characterization.
